Terralogic Inc. (Terralogic) has acquired cloud and virtualization management solutions provider DynaQuest Technologies. Terralogic, which has headquarters in San Jose, California, United States, specializes in providing “technology services for the connected world”. The company is involved in several areas including Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, engineering and IT services. Its acquisition of DynaQuest Technologies is intended to enable the company to expand its IT, cloud and virtualization solutions capability.
DynaQuest Technologies, which has headquarters in Sandy, Utah, United States, was established in 1995 and specializes in “cloud, virtualization, and IT support solutions”. The company is involved in IT outsourcing and helps businesses manage technical resources. It is both a Microsoft Certified Partner and a Citrix Gold Partner and has a partnership with Dell. The acquisition enables DynaQuest customers to benefit from Terralogic's “extensive service capabilities, including the UI/UX Design, Software Development, Test/QA, Automation, DevOps, IIOT and AI/ML Solutions”. Financial aspects of the deal were not released.
