SystemsUp has been chosen to manage the migration of a leading British law firm to Microsoft Azure and Office 365. SystemsUp, which has headquarters in London, United Kingdom, is a division of iomart Group Plc, a leading cloud and data center services provider with headquarters in Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom. The company will work on behalf of Farrer & Co LLP (Farrer & Co).
With headquarters in London, Farrer & Co is one of the UK's oldest law firms with a "centuries-long tradition of advising private families, individuals and charitable institutions" and legal advice for "businesses and entrepreneurs, from asset managers and sports bodies to media groups". The law firm's migration will include a "wide-ranging technology transformation" which is underpinned by Microsoft Azure.
SystemsUp and Farrer & Coto will work together over the next two years to establish a secure Azure hybrid cloud platform which improves the organization's productivity. A desktop environment will be established which leverages Office 365 and Windows 10. SystemsUp will also offer Farrer & Coto full change management and guidance on how best benefit from their transition.
