Vapour Cloud has partnered with network provider Virtual1. Vapour Cloud, which has headquarters in Elland, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom, was established in 2013. The company caters to SME resellers and provides access to a “highly competent independent, private network infrastructure” alongside a scalable platform and “a choice of leading network providers”. The company also offers training and support alongside managed installation services. Its collaboration with Virtual1 makes Vapour a leading data services provider in northern England.
Virtual1 has headquarters in London, United Kingdom and was established in 2007. The company bills itself as “the UK’s leading digital service provider”. It caters to wholesale markets offering a high capacity, low latency network that connects over 180 towns and cities across the UK and which is privately connected to key UC, SIP and cloud solutions. Virtual1’s proprietary ‘1Portal’ gives customers access to the solutions its partners offer. It integrates systems, network and ecosystem to enable partners to “quote, order and manage their customers’ solutions entirely online”.
“The selling points of this new network provision are multiple,” explained Tim Mercer the CEO of Vapour in a statement. “But it’s the extended reach, bandwidth speed and scalability that will really take our client offering to a whole new level. The portal – with 24/7 access – provides the opportunity to ramp things up or down in real-time, which will satisfy the ‘of the moment’ demand that so many organizations now come to us with. I’ve never been more excited about our connectivity portfolio.”
