Document and proposal collaboration software company
Qorus Software has been awarded Microsoft Silver Cloud Platform competency. The company, which has headquarters in Cape Town, South Africa, specializes in enabling businesses to quickly produce "superb documents and proposals". Its Qorus Breeze Proposals product was released as a cloud-based solution in 2014 and underpinned by Microsoft Azure. The company transitioned from its previous cloud partner to enjoy enhanced reliability and security.
Qorus Software's solutions leverage technologies like SharePoint and CRM and have a strong focus on reducing human error and simplifying formatting. The company's "innovative use" of Microsoft's cloud infrastructure has been key to it receiving a Microsoft Silver Cloud Platform competency award. The award is only given to companies and organizations that specialize in Azure-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and infrastructure solutions.
"Our products were created to speed up the process of building accurate, personalized documents such as proposals, presentations and pitch books," explained Qorus' CEO, Ray Meiring. "A big part of what we do involves helping the brightest minds in a business to collaborate on content effortlessly, at the same time, from wherever they happen to be. Microsoft SharePoint is a great enabler of this, with cloud computing taking it to the next level."
