Namecheap has enhanced the interface which controls its search functions. The company, an ICANN-accredited provider, offers a range of services alongside domain registration. These include shared and reseller hosting, VPS options, dedicated servers, SSL certificates and email hosting. Its new search features make it easier to find and purchase an appropriate domain name.
Established in 2000, Los Angeles-based Namecheap manages 3 million domain names and has “over one million direct customers”. The company’s new search interface now allows users to view domains in three categories – “Popular”, “New” and “International”. In addition, the revamp has made to easier to manage bulk searches.
“At Namecheap we are constantly looking at ways to give our customers the absolutely best experience possible and save them time,” explained Richard Kirkendall, the CEO of Namecheap. “Our new search does exactly that by giving our customers complete control over the results they want from their domain search and best of all, it’s as easy as pie for folks to set up.”
