September 22, 2006 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Dominion Enterprises is set to acquire the leading web design, Internet marketing and web hosting provider for Real Estate professionals in the United States, ADVANCED ACCESS (http://www.advancedaccess.com). The cost of the acquisition has not been reported.
ADVANCED ACCESS has nearly 30,000 customers and annual revenue of around $15 million. The company employs around 130 people. "Today's acquisition adds another significant piece to Dominion's array of real estate marketing services," suggested Dominion Enterprises’ CEO, Mr. Conrad Hall. "With ADVANCED
ACCESS' clients, we now provide print and Internet advertising and marketing services to over 145,000 real estate customers nationwide."
Dominion has a range of real estate-related Internet businesses including Homes.com (a “homes-for-sale portal”), Best Image Marketing/NUMBER1EXPERT (offering Internet marketing to real estate agents), Katabat (a website for brokers) and HarmonHomes.com. The company is also the largest publisher of free distribution residential real estate magazines.
