Dutch email security company
SpamExperts and cloud service provider CipherWave have formed a partnership. The Amsterdam-based company is providing South African CipherWave with its incoming and outgoing spam filtering options. CipherWave has also joined SpamExperts’ Hosting Partner Program.
SpamExperts caters to a range of organizations including web hosts. The company also manages a network of resellers. Their services include email archiving and are available through its propriety cloud or on its customers’ virtual hardware. CipherWave’s services include managed WANs, colocation, hosted virtual servers, disaster recovery and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions offered through a network of South African data centers. SpamExperts’ solution replaces CipherWave’s anti-spam solution which “fell short” of the company’s requirements. SpamExperts’ solutions enable CipherWave to avoid blacklisting and improve customer satisfaction through “zero spam”.
“Deploying SpamExperts has reduced our costs in terms of inbound and outbound mail filtering, while also reducing the amount of time our technical team requires to support the deployment,” explained CipherWave’s Operations Manager, Ian Faller. “The deployment has been stable and offered increased functionality, usability and integration into existing systems such as our provisioning portal. The archiving feature has allowed us to move a previously outsourced feature offered on our Hosted Exchange platform in-house, increasing our margins on the product offering and improving our overall end user experience.”
