Dualtec Informaticá LTDA have partnered on the provision of services to SMBs in Brazil. The move was driven by the constant rise in spam and virus issues related to email.
“The growing amount of spam and viruses distributed over email led our company to contract a professional anti-spam solution,” explained Dualtec’s Chief Technology Officer, Ricardo Fernandez. “SpamExperts Local Cloud was implemented in 2012 and has become a critical part of our operation now. By using this solution, we significantly reduced the amount of spam and viruses reaching our end users’ mailboxes."

SpamExperts' provides web hosts and businesses with tailored inbound and outbound email filtering services which can be run in the company’s “Hosted Cloud” solution, on a ”Local Cloud”, or on customers’ virtual hardware.
Dualtec’s partnership with SpamExperts has provided the company with leading edge email filtering options, while the arrangement has also enabled SpamExperts to strengthen its presence in South America. Dualtec reported “good results” after a cost-effective implementation of SpamExperts’ solution and described its customer support services as “excellent”.
