SpamExperts has enhanced its collaboration with Portuguese web host PTisp. The two companies entered into a collaboration agreement in 2011 which saw the company’s entire Linux infrastructure and around 20,000 domains filtered by SpamExperts’ solutions. PTisp will increase the number of PTisp licenses it utilizes to meet additional demand for anti-spam protection services. Through the extended agreement the company will also extend the service it offers to shared hosting and Windows hosting customers.
Established in 2001, PTisp provide hosting and domain registration services in Portugal, but its services also include cloud servers, VPS, online backup, housing, and SSL certificates. The company aims to increase its footprint to incorporate Spain and Brazil. The company focuses on providing shared and dedicated hosting to small and medium-size companies and manages over 23,000 domains.
SpamExperts provides email security solutions with inbound and outbound email filtering services to webhosts and other companies. The company also offers archiving solutions. Its solutions can be managed through SpamExperts’ Hosted Cloud or on a company’s Local Cloud located on its virtual hardware.
"The enhanced collaboration between PTisp and SpamExperts will benefit clients in Portugal and elsewhere, taking advantage of premium anti-spam protection incorporated in their webhosting plan, thus securing their networks from spam through incoming email filtering, but also protecting their reputation and preventing their IPs from being blacklisted, trough the outgoing email filtering,” explained SpamExperts’ CEO Sam Renkema. “Moreover, SpamExperts added complimentary email archiving storage allowance for both inbound and outbound email for all Hosting Partners," he added.
