Ensim Corporation Adds New Chief Financial Officer
July 26, 2012 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Cloud provider Ensim Corporation has added Kevin Berry to their team as Chief Financial Officer, in order to manage the company's growth and profitability.

As a former CFO for a number of other global start-ups and publically traded companies, Berry will bring over 20 years of experience to the enabler of private, public, and hybrid cloud environments.

With his previous roles all being in the in the software and technology sectors, Ensim will hope Berry's skills can be deployed in their management team, according to CEO David Wippich.

"We are pleased to add him to our management team and feel his extensive experience in the software industry combined with his proven track record leading business and financial operations makes him the ideal choice to serve as Ensim's CFO," he said.

"Throughout his career Kevin Berry has demonstrated his strength at increasing revenue and cash flow while effectively controlling operating costs."

Berry's acquisitions in previous positions have been valued at over $400million and in his preceding role at California Micro Devices Corp, he led a merger which resulted in a 50% premium for shareholders.
