Enterprise Jenkins company
CloudBees and Cloud Native platform provider Pivotal have formed a partnership. The agreement between the two companies sees enterprise-class Jenkins services provided to Pivotal Cloud Foundry customers. Pivotal’s customers are now able to automate DevOps pipelines by directly accessing CloudBees’ Jenkins Platform for Pivotal Cloud Foundry from Pivotal. Together the companies will offer enterprise-class Jenkins for developers deploying applications on Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
Pivotal, which has headquarters in Palo Alto, California, USA, offers a Cloud Native platform that “drives software innovation for many of the world’s most admired brands”. The company caters to “millions of developers in communities around the world” with solutions that are used by “billions of users every day”. Established in 2010, CloudBees bills itself as “the continuous delivery (CD) leader”. The company, which has headquarters in San Jose, California, USA, offers a range of solutions that “enable DevOps teams to respond rapidly to the software delivery needs” of a range of businesses. Underpinned by Open Source (OS) continuous delivery hub and ecosystem Jenkins CI, the CloudBees Jenkins Platform offers CD solutions to enterprises across the globe.
