Tier1, Inc. (Tier1) has announced meeting an important milestone. Tier1, which has headquarters in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States, was established in 2003 – meaning the company is now celebrating 15 years in the industry. The company specializes in “24x7 managed services” and offers a broad range of enterprise technology solutions. These include cloud hosting, Microsoft solutions, and Oracle options. The company suggests “expertise and collaboration” are key components their longevity and success.
Tier1’s Oracle consulting services and solutions simplify its customers’ infrastructure, operations, and enterprise-IT functions. Tier1 began offering hosting Tier1 Private Oracle Cloud for Oracle customers in 2014. It is a ‘Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider’ and its cloud hosting solutions now also include Microsoft Azure. To support their services Tier1's consultants are “full-time, permanent employees” ensuring the team “remains present and dedicated”.
Tier1’s operations have also been built on “technical and functional expertise”, with each of its consultants achieving “a minimum of 10 years of experience with the technologies and applications for which they provide services”. Other technologies Tier1 supports includes E-Business Suite, Hyperion, Analytics, Banner, Database support for Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL.
"We have and value repeat business from our customers," explained Rob Guidarelli, the CEO of Tier1. "A lot of our customers have been with us for over 10 years. In fact, our very first customer is still with us. The same is true with our employees. Many have been with us for over 10 years, some from our first year of operation."
