European Data Center Company maincubes Announces Availability of Private Data Center Suites in the Netherlands
European data center company maincubes has announced the availability of private data center suites in the Netherlands capital, Amsterdam. maincubes was established in 2012 and offers “‘made-in-Germany’ colocation data center infrastructure”. The company has global headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, Hessen, Germany. Part of the German ‘Zech Group’, alongside colocation its network of European data centers offers cloud, IT Infrastructure, IT security options and connectivity services. Maincubes’ announced the “commissioning and availability of two large ‘wholesale’ suites” at its AMS01 data center which opened in the Amsterdam area earlier this year. AMS01 represents a 47,361 square foot facility offering 4.7MW of IT power.

The two wholesale, turnkey but fully customizable private data center suites target cloud and SaaS providers, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), companies offering media services, technology startups/scale-ups and enterprise organizations. They are 11,840 square foot with a 1.7MW capacity and 9,687 square foot providing 1.3MW of power. Both feature what maincubes calls “a systematic German engineering design” with “maximum levels of security and IT control” and offer 100% power and cooling uptime Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for colocation services.
