Seravo Oy (Seravo) has been acquired by the Miss Group. Seravo, which has headquarters in Tampere, Finland, was founded in 2011. The company provides Linux-based “premium hosting and upkeep for WordPress” sites with a focus on security and usability. It also provides bespoke hosting solutions for WooCommerce. Seravo ensures availability and security through managing updates for its more than 4,000 customers’ sites. Financial aspects of Miss Group’s acquisition have yet to be released.
ICANN-accredited Miss Group has headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, and was founded in 2014. The company offers a wealth of hosting services including VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration, SSL certificates, email management, and internet marketing options. It also has offices in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Spain, Bulgaria, and India. Seravo has grown significantly over the last few years and its’ December 2020 revenues of EUR1.5 million are forecast to increase to EUR1.9 million in 2021. News of the acquisition comes on the heels of Miss Group’s recent acquisition of two other providers in the Finnish market.
