According to the company’s website, “no one was hurt” during the fire and the company’s building “sustained little structural damage”.

"If there's any good thing to come out of this, it's that we've learned a lot, and we've made tremendous strides toward knowing what we're going to do to improve because of new technologies that are available today compared to when we built the data center," Richard Chernick, the company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer was reported as saying.

The Green Bay, Wisconsin company offers a range of services alongside web hosting. These include sales of IP telephony solutions, document management solutions, enterprise storage and on-demand applications services. “Rest assured that our employees and business partners continue to work diligently to bring all systems back online, and services are being restored on a continual basis. Despite having all systems properly backed up, the simple fact is that complete restoration takes time,” explained Richard Chernick on the company’s website.
