Based on his previous positions within healthcare and investment companies, MacFadyen has a successful track record in helping companies rapidly grow revenue through process management and financial expertise.

MacFadyen joins FireHost from Guardian Healthcare Holdings where he served as director of operations. During his tenure there, Guardian's revenue more than doubled. MacFadyen was also a principal of Atlas Capital, a private investment company in Dallas, Texas. At Atlas, he managed the firm's investments in the technology and consumer sectors. Prior to Atlas, Bruce was a senior portfolio consultant for HOLT Value Associates (now a subsidiary of Credit Suisse Group) where he consulted with buy-side investment firms. Bruce has a Masters of Accounting from the Cox School of Business at SMU and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
