Former HPE Executive Becomes CEO of Cloud Company Teridion
Mr. Saar Gillai, a former Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (HPE) Senior Vice President, has become CEO of cloud company Teridion. Teridion, which has headquarters in San Francisco, United States, provides a fast, virtual network running in the public cloud for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) providers. The company adds software to the AWS, IBM SoftLayer, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform clouds, and then determines the optimum means of routing data. Established in 2013, Teridion also has a presence in Israel.

An Israeli-American, Saar Gillai brings substantial networking experience to his new role. Alongside HPE his previous roles have included executive positions at Cisco, where he was from 1998 to 2005. After Cisco he joined 3Com and was then involved in HP’s cloud computing activity. When HP split he became part of HPE, leaving only last year. He replaces Chris Keene who previously held Teridion's CEO position.

“Saar Gillai is well respected in both the cloud and networking worlds,” Ronnie Kenneth, the Chairman of Teridion suggested in a statement. “He brings more than 20 years of building innovative and successful businesses.”
