Gavin Kawalsky has joined managed cloud services company
TETRAN. TETRAN, which has headquarters in Lane Cove, New South Wales, Australia, bills itself as a “customer focused organisation with a passion for IT”. The company specializes in offering services and solutions that enable its customers to enhance their business productivity. These services include cloud offerings and “Bring Your Own Device” (BYOD) solutions. Mr. Kawalsky joins the company as Chief Operations Officer.
An industry veteran, Mr. Kawalsky was formerly General Manager at Australian telecom giant, Macquarie Telecom. He also co-founded BlueFire Corporation, which was later acquired by Dimension Data. He will oversee all TETRAN’s operations, especially its global growth strategy. His appointment comes in the wake of the company’s 50% “year-on-year” growth for the years 2014 and 2015, and its recent launch in Singapore.
