Oracle is to acquire cloud-based software provider Maxymiser. Oracle, which was founded in 1977, has headquarters in Redwood City, California, USA. It specializes in cloud applications and platform services such as enterprise resources planning software. Its Oracle E-Business Suite offers “a software solution for SMBs and for enterprises”. The company’s acquisition of Maxymiser will strengthen its “Marketing Cloud”, which is the “fastest growing software platform for modern marketers”.
Maxymiser has a presence in New York, USA, London, UK and Düsseldorf, Germany. The company specializes in increasing advertising engagement and revenue through cloud-based software that facilitates the testing and personalization of web pages and mobile apps - the technology literally changes what individual users see. Its customers include major brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, HSBC and Lufthansa.
