OVH) has chosen Source-to-Pay and Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (ECLM) solutions provider Determine, Inc. (Determine) for its ‘Source-to-Pay’ cloud platform. OVH is “the European leader in the cloud and the 3rd largest Internet hosting company in the world”. The company has headquarters in Roubaix, France and was established in 1999. It caters to 1.3 million customers globally and operates 27 data centers that are connected by a proprietary 13 Tbps dark fiber network. The company’s services extend to web hosting, dedicated servers, VPS, cloud technologies, and domain registration. OVH’s move towards Determine was driven by its current transformation process which requires the company to “equip itself with the most robust technology available to support the company’s growth, optimize costs and processes, and facilitate traceability and transparency”. OVH chose Determine’s Source-to-Pay Cloud Platform to “manage its purchases, suppliers and contracts”.
Determine, which has headquarters in Carmel, Indiana, United States, is a global Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions provider. Established in 1996, the company offers a suite of integrated modular solutions that are “seamless and simple-to-use for easier entry, lower total cost of ownership and faster ROI”. The Determine Cloud Platform offers fast integration and ease of use. It provides business process management that brings solutions and workflows together. The vast array of options it provides include spend analysis, procurement analytics, supplier information management, ‘e-procurement’ and budget management. The platform “integrates with major ERP or third-party systems such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, QAD and Microsoft”.
