Google has named hybrid cloud solutions provider Avere Systems
(Avere) its top cloud platform technology partner for 2015. Avere, which has headquarters in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States, prides itself on “radically changing the economics of data storage”. Its hybrid cloud solutions allow companies to avoid “rising cost and complexity” as far as data storage is concerned.
Avere’s solutions give companies the option to store and access files in the cloud or on their own IT infrastructure without compromising performance, availability or security. Google recognized Avere for its technical integration and customer success using the Google Cloud Platform.
Avere was presented with Google’s award at the annual Google for Work global partner summit, TeamWork 2016, which occurred in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States last week. The award recognizes Avere and Google Cloud Platform’s collaboration and customer successes - Avere and Google share a number of customers including visual effects studios Framestore and Moonbot Studios. The companies have been in partnership since April 2015.
"Google Cloud Platform provides an ideal infrastructure for those looking to leverage the public cloud, and being named Top Google Cloud Platform Technology Partner is a testament to the great work Avere and Google Cloud Platform are doing together," explained Avere Systems’ Vice President of Business Development, Mike McMahon. "We look forward to continuing our collaboration with Google Cloud Platform and delivering even better cloud experiences to our joint customers."Do you know of any other companies winning awards?
