Colo4Dallas, has appointed Richard E. Mendoza as its Vice President of Business Development, bringing over ten years of experience in the telecommunications and IT security industries. With expertise in sales, strategic planning, engineering, consulting, product marketing, and management, Mr. Mendoza will lead Colo4Dallas' business development and strategic growth initiatives. His prior experience includes tenures with Level (3) Communications, VeriSign, and Borderware Technologies with responsibility for clients in the U.S., Canada, South America, and Europe.

He also serves as the Public Relations Co-Chair for Marquee Circle, the membership group that supports the Dallas Center for the Performing Arts.
Mr. Mendoza holds an M.B.A. from the University of Dallas with a degree concentration in Information Assurance certified by the NSA and Department of Homeland Security. He received his undergraduate degree from Stephen F. Austin State University.
