Servers.com has been chosen by game technology innovator Gameye to power its multiplayer online games. Servers.com has headquarters in Dallas, Texas, United States. Established in 2013, the ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and PCI DSS-certified company offers an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) service that automates server infrastructure. Its range of offerings includes cloud storage, cloud servers, and dedicated servers. Servers.com was in the news last month for its partnership with Code Wizards, a digital architecture company. The company is now Gameye’s ”service partner of choice” as it “focuses on delivering scalable multiplayer infrastructure for multiplayer games”.
Gameye, which has headquarters in Rotterdam, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands, is “revolutionising the hosting of multiplayer games through proprietary containerization and scaling technology”. The company offers game servers on-demand that are instantly available and “perfect for setting-up tournaments, clan servers, casual games or full-on hardcore Esports game servers” and boast the latest software and hardware technology. It is new to the managed game server hosting arena and needed a “reliable supply chain to prepare for global growth to support their quickly expanding client base.” By choosing Servers.com and “relying less on the more expensive cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure”, Gameye is able to quickly offer gaming capacity on a global basis.
