Hosting Provider Web Host Pro Adds New Domain Name
March 7, 2019
Hosting provider Web Host Pro has officially acquired a new domain name. Web Host Pro, which has global headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, United States, was established in 2001. The company offers a broad range of hosting-related services, including dedicated servers, Virtual Private Server (VPS) packages and reseller hosting alongside more traditional web hosting options. The company is also a leading provider of domain names. The additional domain name the company is now using is 'webhostpro.com'.
Web Host Pro’s move to a new domain name is designed to help visitors get to the company’s site. The company’s main site leverages the ‘.pro’ suffix (webhost.pro). However, some people trying to visit the site added ‘.com’ after the company’s name (webhostpro.com) and this caused a level of confusion. Visitors now typing ‘webhostpro.com’ are redirected to webhost.pro. News of the change comes alongside a number of upgrades announced by the company.
One upgrade Web Host Pro announced is adding new templates and a “faster smoother web building process” to its fully responsive web building program. The program offers services similar to those offered by sites like Weebly, Godaddy, Squarespace, or Wix. Whereas these sites can charge “between twenty and forty dollars a month” on an ongoing basis, Web Host Pro’s web builder is available at “only four dollars ($4) one time”.
Aside from its upgrade, Web Host Pro has also committed to restructuring and a price adjustment designed to ensure the company meets customer requirements. The company has added 100% free SSL for all domains, something other hosts often charge customers up to $100 to provide. “All these changes and improvements are aimed at serving our customers better, giving them good value for money,” explained company founder and representative, James Gardner.
