RatePoint offers an industry standard Consumer Approval Program and the move was aimed at AppServe Technologies generating advanced feedback on its customer services.
RatePoint offers companies a “powerful customer feedback management system” and online and offline marketing tools. RatePoint promotes businesses that consumers feel are high quality and the feedback generated enables users to resolve customer issues in an efficient fashion.
