IaaS Hosting Provider NetActuate Announces its Virginia Data Center Now Offers 100G Connectivity
Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) hosting provider NetActuate Inc. (NetActuate) has announced that its data center in Ashburn, Virginia, United States, now offers “100G connectivity”. NetActuate, which has headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware, United States, was established in 2005. The company “operates one of the largest globally connected IPv4+IPv6 networks in the world” and its services extend to web hosting, dedicated servers and hybrid cloud options alongside colocation and AWS routing. Its new connectivity capability is the result of an upgrade.

The connectivity upgrade has added additional capacity and direct connections to public clouds like Amazon Web Service (AWS), Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Alongside the connectivity upgrade, NetActuate has also upgraded its service offerings through its Ashburn, Virginia data center. NetActuate also explained that because of the upgrade its customers at its Raleigh, North Carolina data center can now “easily extend their reach to East Coast markets and public cloud providers”.
