Integrated technology solutions provider BCM One, Inc. (BCM One
) has acquired “certain assets” of CloudStrategies Group, Inc. (CloudStrategies).
BCM One, which has headquarters in New York, United States, was established in 1992. The company bills itself as providing “a single source for truly integrated technology solutions that help advance a company's business objectives”. It has an extensive network of partners which includes “over 50 leading technology suppliers” and offers a range of managed solutions which include cloud offerings. It caters to around 500 customers across the United States and has managed the migrations of around 100,000 users. BCM One’s acquisition of CloudStrategies will enhance its cloud strategy which leverages Microsoft technologies.
CloudStrategies, which has headquarters in Knolls, New Jersey, United States, was established in 2009. The company is a Microsoft Gold Partner and offers a range of professional cloud computing services. One the top-ten Microsoft Online Services resellers, the company leverages solutions like Office 365, Skype for Business, Azure, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Lync Online, and Windows Intune. BCM One’s acquisition of CloudStrategies strengthens its position as a leading Microsoft cloud provider. Financial aspects of the deal have not been released.
