Internet of Things Company Apptricity Launches New Data Center
Internet of Things (IoT) company Apptricity Corporation (Apptricity) has launched a new data center in Irving, Texas. Apptricity, which also has headquarters in Irving, was established in 1999. It specializes in M2M mobile enterprise solutions for supply chain management (SCM) and spend management.

Apptricity’s products and services offers users “unprecedented levels of real-time information and business intelligence” which companies use to base their business decisions on. Its new facilities will enable the company to meet customer demand for its offerings from a 20 million-strong customer base located in more than 100 countries. The new PCI Level 1, FedRamp, DoD Level 4, and DoD Level 5-certified data center is SSAE16 and Soc2-compliant. It is able to host “twenty-five times the amount of current data” and offers “a tenfold performance improvement for current clients”.

“We are now positioned to provide our clients with the highest levels of performance and security, a high available network, and an infrastructure designed to provide agile business operations and continuity,” explained the CEO and President of Apptricity, Tim Garcia.
