Internet registry Nominet has awarded British web host
Daily Internet “Accredited Registrar Status”. Nominet manages top-level UK domain names including “.uk” domains. The registrar only awards Accredited Registrar Status to companies with “proven domain management expertise” and excellent levels of customer service - less than 1% of 4,700 Nominet registrars have been awarded this accreditation.
Daily Internet is listed on the London Stock Exchange and offers a range of services to around 50,000 customers, predominantly based in the United Kingdom, which include SMEs and larger businesses. The company offers a range of services including VPS and dedicated server options alongside reseller hosting, eShops, email and SSL services. News of the company’s accreditation comes on the heels of its recent purchases of Netplan Internet Solutions and Namehog Ltd.
“Across the Daily team we benefit from a vast amount of hosting industry experience,” explained Alison Curry-Taylor, Daily Internet’s Director of Operations. “Being part of a very select group with this endorsement is wonderful validation of the work we do and the high level of professionalism we strive for.”
