Internet Solutions Provider Future Hosting Announces SSD VPS Hosting Upgrades
Internet solutions provider Future Hosting has announced upgrades to its SSD VPS Hosting options. Established in 2001, the company has headquarters in Southfield, Michigan and provides a range of services including managed and dedicated hosting, Virtual Private Servers, and Hybrid Virtual Private Servers. Each of the company's "Pure SSD Managed VPS" plans have received storage, memory, and bandwidth upgrades and the company's existing VPS customers will benefit from the increased resources in the near future.

Pure SSD VPS hosting uses "solid state drives" for storage as opposed to the traditional 'spinning-disk' technology. It is significantly faster, and with no moving parts, more efficient. This provides instant disk reading and writing meaning much faster dynamic web pages and database access.

As part of its upgrades, Future Hosting has established a new 'tier' of service which offers the company's "server management plan" alongside 10GB of Pure SSD storage, 2TB of bandwidth, and 1GB of RAM. cPanel or Plesk are both available control panel options. In addition, the company has shifted its SSD4 option up one level to SSD5, increasing available memory from 1GB to 6GB. In addition, storage has increased 25GB to 100GB, and there has been a 1TB increase of bandwidth, which now stands at 6TB. The company's other packages will "receive comparable upgrades" shortly.

“As the price of SSD storage goes down, we feel it’s important to pass on the cost saving to our clients,” explained Future Hosting's VP of Operations, Maulesh Patel. “That’s why we’re giving all existing and new clients access to more resources and faster servers with no price increase.”
