Designed for small businesses, Cbeyond’s service package “allows small businesses to quickly and easily manage their online assets to effectively market their company, promote their products and services, and acquire new customers”. It includes marketing capabilities and an ecommerce solution. Companies can purchase Enhanced Web Hosting alone and add Enhanced Marketing and Enhanced Ecommerce packages as required.
Cbeyond’s package allows companies to host a website, configure a domain, or transfer an existing domain to the company’s Cbeyond account. It offers more than 200 templates to facilitate website design and the package supports Flash and video files. Adding the Enhanced Marketing package as an upgrade allows Cbeyond customers to “communicate with their existing customers and drive traffic to their website”. In addition, they can “build banner ads, register with search engines and achieve search engine optimization”.
