IT consulting company Coretek Services (Coretek) has achieved ‘Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Service Provider’ (MSP) status. Coretek, which has global headquarters in Farmington Hills, Michigan, United States, was established in 2005. The company prides itself on “delivering innovative solutions that implement the latest technologies” to improve its customers’ productivity. The company operates in a number of business areas, including healthcare, and its customers include “mid-market” companies and Fortune 1000 companies. By achieving Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Service Provider status, Coretek demonstrates the highest levels of Microsoft Azure expertise. The company is one of only thirty-three to receive such recognition.

The MSP program offers the “most capable Azure MSPs” support to help them generate revenue for themselves and their customers. The program offers providers a number of benefits. Participants earn an ‘Azure Expert MSP’ badge and are showcased to Microsoft’s customers. In addition, participants “gain top priority” in Microsoft’s referral engine and prioritized for co-sell engagements, leads, sales and business development. They also receive access to additional training, and support. To enter the program partners need to meet a “stringent set of requirements, including verified proof of excellence in customer delivery and technical expertise, and the successful completion of an independent audit of their managed services, people, processes, and technologies”.
