Emtec) has acquired Oracle cloud company Intelenex. Emtec, which specializes in digital solutions, is headquartered in Mount Laurel Township, New Jersey, USA. The move strengthens Emtec’s managed support, advisory, and implementation services that leverage Oracle’s Cloud Applications in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
Emtec caters to business, education and government customers in North America and India. The company prides itself on a level of flexibility that allows it to cater for any size of customer. Its services address "packaged, custom, mobile and cloud applications, as well as a variety of analytics and infrastructure services".
Intelenex is an Oracle Platinum Partner which has a presence in Denver, Colorado and Santa Rosa, California, USA. The company specializes in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) applications and has successfully completed around 50 "Oracle Cloud implementations". It has a strong focus on ERP and HCM. The company has around 300 customers who it currently runs around 1,000 consulting projects for. It has won a number of awards for "quality, business process expertise and customer reference-ability". Together with Emtec the combined entity becomes the "#1 National Partner for Oracle Cloud solutions across HCM, ERP, BI and EPM".
