Kaseya has acquired cloud and IT service monitoring software solutions provider
Zyrion for a undisclosed amount. The acquisition enhances Kaseya's BSM platform by establishing an efficient means of isolating and resolving network problems.
Zyrion uses ITIL-based Business Service Management (BSM) technology for 'distributed and complex data center environments' to provide IT services management and monitoring. Combined with Kaseya's IT service management solutions, Zyrion enables customers to manage private and public clouds.

Kaseya has 30 offices in 23 countries and caters to a broad customer base which includes individual IT professionals, small-to-medium sized businesses and large corporations. It has 10,000 customers around the world and its services include on-premises solutions. Zyrion's cloud and IT infrastructure monitoring software offers 'service-oriented views' of clouds, applications and networks. Its solutions are utilized by companies like Cisco Systems, General Dynamics, and Sony Playstation.
