NexusTek has acquired key business units from cloud host Zumasys. NexusTek, which has headquarters in Greenwood Village, Colorado, United States, was established in 1996. The company also has a presence in Denver, Colorado, and Phoenix, Arizona, United States. It specializes in managed IT and consulting services alongside ERP and CRM software solutions, business IT security solutions, and cloud services. A Microsoft Partner Network member, NexusTek has Gold and Silver competencies focused on a number of Microsoft solutions. The acquisition of Zumasys represents NexusTek’s “fifth M&A transaction in four years”.
Zumasys, which has headquarters in Irvine, California, United States, was established in 2000. Using its IT infrastructure, software solutions, and cloud platform, the company offers a range of services that enable companies to “achieve performance and reliability for their business-critical applications”. The company caters to “tens-of-thousands of users that rely on its cloud services. NexusTek acquired Zumasys’ cloud hosting, infrastructure and managed services business units, but financial aspects were not released.
