EarthBend has acquired cloud-based solutions provider East River Technologies. The acquisition covers all of the company's assets and intellectual property. The move underscores EarthBend's policy to support customers in the United States' Upper Midwest by adding new offerings and increasing the company's ability to provide solutions that meet customers' technological requirements.
Established in 1993, EarthBend provides telecommunication resellers with telephony peripherals and highly scalable IT solutions. The company serves a customer base of around 3,000 individuals and companies located in the Midwest and elsewhere in the United States and Canada. It prides itself on maintaining a staff of engineers certified by the industry's leading voice, data, and technology manufacturers.
East River Technologies, Inc., also based in Sioux Falls, has partnered with key brands in the United States to provide technology and consulting services. The company's services cover hardware, software, cloud-based managed services, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) to provide a single point for cost effective IT solutions.
