IT support service company Pure IT has chosen cloud-enabled hosting company
NaviSite Europe Limited to provide it with Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) services. The company, the European arm of Time Warner Cable company NaviSite, Inc., has headquarters in East Molesey, Surrey, United Kingdom. Like its parent body, the company caters to companies that wish to outsource IT activity in a bid to reduce capital expenditure and costs. It offers a range of scalable managed services and colocation offerings. Its DaaS solution will enable Pure IT to "deliver a faster and more reliable DaaS offering to its customers".
Pure IT caters to medium-sized businesses in Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and West Sussex in the United Kingdom. The company offers a range of fully managed services including cloud options alongside hosted telephony. It prides itself on understanding its customers' business needs "through excellent personal relationships" and chose NaviSite's solution based on a "proof of concept" that "demonstrated its reliable technical capabilities".
