Japanese IT company Fujitsu Asia has selected application networking provider
A10 Networks (A10) for cloud load-balancing services. A10, which has headquarters in San Jose, California, USA, was established in 2004. The company specializes in offering “high-performance application networking solutions” that guarantee its customers data center applications and networks are continually “available, accelerated and secure”. A10 is providing Fujitsu Asia its A10 Thunder ADC solution to standardize the company’s cloud-based load-balancing requirements.
A10 Thunder ADC allows Fujitsu Asia to consolidate networking resources and make network management more cost-efficient. It also allows the company to scale its IT resource and cloud requirements based on actual business demands. It offers wide ranging system support resources and ensures that “high-performance functions are available from implementation without the need for additional licenses”. This allows Fujitsu Asia to deploy the solution at other data centers “as new features such as Global Server Load Balancing (GSLB) are adopted”.
“We’re honored that Fujitsu Asia chose to standardize on our Thunder ADC solution for its cloud load-balancing service,” explained A10 Networks’ Vice President Global Marketing, Sanjay Kapoor. “At A10, we strive to provide our customers with the tools needed to create an amazing application experience that is not only agile, reliable and secure, but also customized to meet the specific demands of each specific enterprise. We’re pleased that the implementation of the A10 Thunder ADC offers Fujitsu Asia the rich features it required in addition to enhanced flexibility and scalability.”
