Strategic acquisition combines Omnis Network’s 20-year legacy with JetHost’s modern high-performance platform, unlocking major upgrades for tens of thousands of customers.
JetHost, a fast-growing web hosting provider built on the principle of “Honesty Over Hype,” has announced the acquisition of Omnis Network, a US-based hosting company and ICANN-accredited registrar founded in 1999.
The acquisition represents a major step in JetHost’s growth, bringing Omnis Network and its independent brands—Little Oak, Carat Networks, BlueGravity Hosting, AM Hosting, and AmeriNOC—into the JetHost ecosystem.
Rather than a traditional consolidation focused on scale alone, JetHost is using this acquisition to deliver a significant technology upgrade to Omnis Network’s long-standing customer base.
“We’re not just acquiring customers—we’re investing in the future of thousands of websites that deserve better performance and transparency,” said Metodi Drenovski, CEO of JetHost. “Our goal is to be the ‘master mechanic’ of hosting: skilled, transparent, and focused on fixing real problems instead of pushing unnecessary upsells. We’re excited to bring this approach to Omnis customers.”
Seamless Transition, Powerful Upgrades Ahead
JetHost confirmed that Omnis Network customers will experience no immediate changes to their services, billing, or support. All operations will continue uninterrupted while JetHost prepares a phased migration to its modern enterprise infrastructure.
Planned upgrades include:
Enterprise-Level Performance: Migration from legacy Apache and HDD environments to LiteSpeed Enterprise servers with NVMe storage, delivering faster load times and improved handling of traffic spikes.
Advanced WordPress Tools: Access to WP Toolkit, one-click staging, and enhanced caching features not previously available on the Omnis platform.
Stronger Security: Deployment of Imunify360, providing proactive, AI-driven protection against malware, exploits, and brute-force attacks.
A Commitment to Clear, Honest Hosting
At the core of the acquisition is JetHost’s mission to eliminate vague “unlimited” hosting claims in favor of clearly defined, guaranteed resources.
“Customers deserve to know exactly what they’re paying for,” added Drenovski. “By moving Omnis users to our platform, we replace ambiguous fair-use policies with transparent CPU, RAM, and process limits—giving businesses the clarity and reliability they need to grow.”
