Jim McGeever Joins NetSuite as New President
Mr. Jim McGeever has joined NetSuite. The company, which has headquarters in San Mateo, California, USA, was established in 1998. It specializes in providing services to enterprises that need to run "run complex, mission-critical business processes globally in the cloud". NetSuite caters to around 24,000 customers worldwide, particularly organizations that wish to upgrade their client/server ERP systems. Mr. McGeever joins the company as President and he has also been voted onto the company's Board of Directors.

Jim McGeever has been with NetSuite for 15 years. He was formerly in the role of the company's Chief Financial Officer and in charge of its Initial Public Offering in 2007. He moved into the Chief Operating Officer (COO) role in 2010 where he oversaw global sales. As COO he helped guide NetSuite to its current position as "one of the leading cloud computing software companies in the world". The company's revenue was $193 million in 2010 while projections suggest that in 2015 the company will generate $700 million in revenue.

"Jim has done an amazing job as COO, and his customer-centric focus enabled NetSuite to deliver for customers and shareholders for the last five years," explained NetSuite's CEO Zach Nelson. "Bringing together the core customer, product, HR and vertical efforts in a unified organization under his direction will ensure that NetSuite continues to exceed our customers' expectations and to expand our global footprint."
