(“KDL”), a super regional provider of wholesale fiber optic transport services, has selected Monolith Software as a system-wide solution to monitor and correlate events from its 30,000 mile optical network spanning 26 states. KDL chose Monolith Software solution for its cost effective ability to support and integrate new technologies that underpin new, competitive service offerings. In addition, KDL wanted to enhance their customer-facing services with a portal view that would enable KDL customers secure, real time visibility into the health of their services.
