Las Vegas, NV -- We have announced an all-new ordering system for our customers which takes them from start to finish right from the website. Our new Automated Ordering System (AOS) allows customers to signup online and have their account provisioned on our servers within minutes, any time day or night. This new service allows the customer to setup a Web or DNS hosting account instantly and start adding content immediately. We also provide the customer a temporary URL for use before their primary domain name starts resolving.
Our new completely automated signup system ensures that accounts are created accurately within minutes of their successful credit card payment.
This works in tandem with our upcoming "sales agent" referal program. The program allows sales agents to lookup customers that have signed up with their id in real time. When launched it will also provide pending referal credit information. The system currently allows the reseller to modify their contact information and password without calling us to do so. For protection, our system utilizes a separate reseller-id from their username. This will allow them to change their reseller ID, username, password, email address, or phone number at any time. This system is scheduled for release in the next month. Future sales agents can request to be added to the system by emailing info@lvcs.net. In the future, an automated sales agent signup system may also be put into place.
