Storm Internet Ltd. (Storm Internet) has won the “Best Business Use of Cloud” award at the 17th Internet Service Providers Association (ISPAs) awards in the United Kingdom. The company, which was established in 2004 and has headquarters in Oxfordshire, UK, also offers standard hosting and email services. The company focuses on enabling "small and medium sized enterprises to get the most out of the internet". Its current award follows a “Best Dedicated Hosting” award in 2014 and “Best SME Hosting” award in 2013.
The ISPA's are an annual event awarded to industry players "by their peers". Businesses are evaluated on their innovative use cloud solutions and the ROI and benefits these solutions add to a company's customers. Storm Internet offered a case study that explained how businesses utilize its cloud services. The company's StormCloud Private initiative also received praise from judges as it reduces the cost of private clouds.
