HOSTING has acquired technology services company Stelligent Systems (Stelligent). HOSTING, which has headquarters in Denver, Colorado, United States, specializes in delivering “secure, compliant managed cloud services and open technologies that empower organizations to transform their businesses and lead their industries”. The company’s services extend to public cloud, private cloud, hybrid IT and dedicated options alongside “a complete unified cloud solution on the AWS and Azure cloud platforms”. The company’s acquisition of Stelligent enhances its AWS service offerings.
HOSTING will absorb Stelligent’s managed and professional services to enhance its ability to support businesses that develop and host applications on AWS. Stelligent, which has headquarters in Herndon, Virginia, United States, specializes in providing DevOps automation on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The company is an APN Advanced Consulting Partner with “deep expertise in continuous delivery solutions”. Its services “empower customers to achieve increased agility, confidence and cost savings from their applications in the AWS cloud”.
