Managed cloud services provider Hostway|Hosting has rebranded and is now called ‘Ntirety’. Ntirety, which has headquarters in Austin, Texas, United States, offers hybrid, multi-cloud managed solutions that help companies “reduce risks and optimize costs.'' Its range of offerings includes managed cloud services and disaster recovery options. The company also leverages the solutions of VMware, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, Oracle, and Microsoft. The new corporate branding comes on the heels of a merger between leading providers Hostway and Hosting in January of this year.

Hostway and Hosting were “leaders in secure, compliant, managed hybrid cloud solutions” and together offer “an expanded set of global managed multi-cloud and hybrid services”. Combining to form Ntirety they produce one of the world’s largest managed cloud service platforms. The new organization is HIPAA-, FERPA- and PCI-compliant, and certified for HITRUST cloud management. It offers “20+ years of adaptive expertise in managing global IT infrastructure” and has a geographical footprint that covers America, Europe, and Asia. The company bills itself as “the industry's first provider” of Guidance Level Agreements™ (GLA's) that provide guaranteed availability, performance, security, and cost; Multi-domain Monitoring, which provides protects against threats to public, private, and hybrid cloud, and Continuous Improvement Cycles that provide actionable recommendations on a quarterly basis.
