According to the company, the overhaul has resulted in significant improvements in customer service.
Over the past three months we have completed a full audit on our customer-facing operations as well as listening to customer feedback in order to find out what customers want to see done better as well as where and why problems are occurring in our systems, explained the Manager of ManageMyBox, Mr. Nick Laws.
The audit prompted improvements to the companys day-to-day operations including a new billing system and billing procedures, new ordering and product management capabilities, improved management services (including a working server monitoring system), a new domains management system and the hiring of new staff members to support the companys growth.
These service improvements, brought about simply by listening to our loyal customer base, have resulted in us gaining significant advantages over our competitors. For example, improving the monitoring services included with every managed dedicated server has resulted in us knowing immediately when a server goes down and being able to have a datacenter technician dispatched to investigate and fix the server within ten minutes, not many dedicated server suppliers have been able to achieve this. Our improvements in product management and ordering have resulted in ordering being extremely quick and simple for the user and us being able to carry out upgrades to existing servers within minutes of the customers order, added Mr. Laws.
