Managed Hosting Company ByteGrid Adds to Executive Team
Managed hosting company ByteGrid Holdings LLC (ByteGrid) has added new members to its executive team. ByteGrid, which was established in 2010, has locations across the United States, including in Silver Spring, Maryland; Aurora, Illinois; Lynnwood, Washington; and Annapolis, Maryland. The company bills itself as offering “a spectrum of strategic options that cut the costs of IT” and its services extend to data center options, cloud hosting and colocation. News of the additions comes on the heels of ByteGrid naming William Schrader as Chief Executive Officer last month.

The team changes are designed to enable the company to “meet the growing need for high-value managed hosting, hybrid and cloud infrastructure services”. In total ByteGrid has added four new people to its team.

Gaige Paulsen becomes the company’s new Chief Technical Officer. With three decades of industry experience his career started at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA) and has included positions at ISP Inter.net where he was co-founder. He also held executive positions at InterCon Systems and PSINet.

Elyzabeth Holford joins the company after 25 years in positions in both the public and private sectors. A former trial lawyer, she takes the role of Chief Operating Officer after holding leadership positions at companies like Virgil Security, Storybook Labs, Verio Europe, and NTT. She also worked for Neutral Net and held the Chief Development Officer positions.

Annie Eissler is now ByteGrid’s Chief Marketing Officer. She also has a career spanning more than 25 years which has included co-founding Inter.net and executive marketing positions at global PSINet. She also led the PayPal Government Solutions’ marketing activity and held marketing roles at MITS, Synchris, Neutral Net, and ARC.

Rob Seastrom, also with 25 years’ experience, has filled the Chief Architect position at ByteGrid. His career has included executive engineering and management roles at several ISPs and web hosts, as well as senior technical positions at Neustar, Time Warner Cable, Afilias, Neutral Net, Inter.Net, Akamai Technologies, AboveNet Communications, and Digex.

“With the new leadership team in place, ByteGrid is well-positioned to scale, accelerate growth, and continue to take excellent care of our customers,” explained ByteGrid Chairman, CEO and President William Schrader.
