The certification process required investigation into the company's processes, procedures and infrastructure and considered its security (both physical and logical). SAP also reviewed the company's technical workforce to ensure its operations complied fully with SAP availability, security and quality requirements.
With certification Bluelock is enabled to provide IT services that relate to SAP applications for the entire development process up to and including SAP solution deployments. To maintain standards, cloud and hosting providers certified for SAP solutions require recertification on a biannual basis.
