Peak 10 Inc., a managed services and cloud provider with world-class data centers, announced today the expansion of its management team. Over the past few months the company has added new executive positions and promoted several of its longtime, rock solid leaders, bringing more depth and strength to advance its growth trajectory and streamline decision making.
The company recently hired Karin Davies as Vice President of Human Resources and Keith Greene as Vice President of Data Center Operations. Davies comes to Peak 10 from Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems where she served as Senior Human Resources Division Manager. She has responsibility for the engagement, recruitment, training, development, motivation and retention of Peak 10’s rock solid employees. Most importantly, she plays a large role in empowering employees and preserving the unique culture that has been the foundation of Peak 10’s success. Greene comes to Peak 10 from Kaplan Higher Education and Microsoft where he served in data center operations leadership roles. His responsibilities include overseeing daily data center operations across all markets, managing facility staff training, and driving the company’s overall operational excellence.
Peak 10 has named Steve Harris as Vice President, Partners and Channel Development. Harris comes to Peak 10 from StillSecure where he served as Vice President of Managed Security Services. Harris is responsible for developing an indirect sales channel by further defining, enhancing, recruiting and supporting Peak 10’s partner program.

Additionally, Peak 10 promoted Ronnie Frames to Vice President of Network and Cloud Infrastructure Operations and Andrew Mametz to Vice President of Service Delivery. Frames has extensive network management experience in connectivity, optimization as well as server and storage internetworking. Frames’ focus is on quality of service and enhancing customer experience with cloud services. Mametz is a seasoned market technical leader who is tasked with leading Peak 10’s engineering talent and service delivery infrastructure throughout all of its high-growth markets. His organization touches the customer life-cycle from solution design through installation to continued delivery and support.
