Datapipe has won the 2013 TMC Labs Innovation Award for its Stratosphere cloud computing platform.
The TMC Labs Innovation Awards recognize innovation and unique features in IT products alongside "significant contributions toward improving communications technology". The awards are organized by TMC, a global, integrated media company which publishes magazines like Cloud Computing, and M2M Evolution. The company is a key source of information and news relating to the communications and technology industries. This year's was the 14th annual TMC Labs Innovation Awards, and Datapipe was recognized for displaying a commitment to quality and innovation alongside efforts to improve the industry.
Datapipe offers a range of services, including cloud computing, Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service, colocation and data center services. The company's Stratosphere enterprise-level platform is designed to meet a range of standards for governance, usability, compliance and interoperability. The system's cloud management portal facilitates self-service cloud environments and "cloud diversity in conjunction with the AWS ecosystem". It also facilitates hybrid cloud options.
